Automate follow-ups and prioritize accounts to streamline your collections process

Zuora Collections comprises:

* Account settings: Allow you to configure and manage global collections settings.
* Automations: Allow you to set collection strategy and workflow preferences.
* Dashboard reports: Allow you to explore collections-related reports that unlock valuable insights and savings.

When working with Zuora Collections, you can:

* Download AR aging or customer reports
* Use filters to customize report views
* Manage collection activities for selected customers
* Manage collection activities for selected invoices
* Manage email and collection activities from the inbox
* Reset password when your account is temporarily blocked
