Zuora provides benchmarking features for customers with Zuora Analytics, excluding those who opt out. Feedback can be submitted via the feedback widget or by contacting the Zuora AI team.

## Compliance

Zuora does not include the data of customers who opted out of Zuora AI initiatives for any form of benchmarking. By default, this feature is enabled for all the customers who have Zuora Analytics enabled. If you want to be excluded from the benchmarking process/feature, please contact your Zuora account team or Zuora Support .
