# View communication profiles

Learn how to view the details on communication profiles.

Navigate to **Events notifications entry** in the left navigation menu.

Click **Manage Communication Profiles**. All communication profiles are displayed in the pop-up dialog with details of each profile such as profile number, locale, and status.

* A ringing bell icon  indicates the communication profile is active. Zuora sends notifications associated with this communication profile.
* A muted bell icon  indicates the communication profile is inactive. Zuora does not send notifications associated with this communication profile.
