# Create a new project

> Learn how to create a new project in Experience Builder, choose the type of content to add, and optionally use AI-assisted prompts to describe the experience you want to build.

Learn how to create a new project in Experience Builder, choose the type of content to add, and optionally use AI-assisted prompts to describe the experience you want to build.

Navigate to **Extension Studio** > **Experience Builder**.

Click **New Project**.

Select one of the following options:

* New page - Creates a new page in the project.
* New Component - Creates a reusable component that can be used across page.
* Templates - Creates content from a predefined template or layout.
* Pre-Built Components - Provides reusable UI building blocks that can be added to the project

(Optional) Enter a description of the experience that you want to build, or select one of the suggested prompts in the AI-assisted creation area that helps you generate experiences from natural-language prompts. Examples include:

* Creating a customer-facing billing history component.
* Creating a product selection component.
* Designing an embedded support experience.
