Configure the access policy for the External Client App to control which users can use the embedded experience.

Open the app in **External Client App Manager** and go to the **Policies** tab.

Verify that the **App Status** is **Enabled**.

By default, **Permitted Users** is set to **All users can self-authorize**. In this configuration, any user who can access the Lightning page can use the embedded experience, so you do not need to maintain a separate user list.
