Use the following table to troubleshoot common setup issues.

| Symptom                                           | Resolution                                                                                                                    |
| ------------------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| 403 Salesforce org is not registered              | Register the Organization ID and consumer secret in Zuora Domain Manager.                                                     |
| 403 Signed request verification failed            | Verify that the consumer secret in Zuora Domain Manager matches the consumer secret from the Salesforce External Client App.  |
| 400 tenantSlug parameter is required              | Set the Tenant Slug property on the Zuora Experiences component.                                                              |
| Canvas app fails to load or App not found         | Verify that the External Client App API Name property matches the API name of the Salesforce External Client App.             |
| Must be included within an iframe or blank iframe | Use the Lightning component rather than opening the Canvas App URL directly, and verify that the Canvas App URL is reachable. |
