# Create a style preset while editing a document

Create a style preset while editing an element so you can reuse its visual styling.

You can create a style preset while editing an element or from the [Style Presets area](/docs/platform/extensibility/experience-builder/style-presets-in-experience-builder/create-a-style-preset-from-style-presets).

Select the element.

Open the **Design** tab.

Click **Apply**.

Select **Style Presets**.

Click the **add** button.

Select **Create new style preset**.

Enter a name and save the preset.

After you create a style preset, apply it to an element to reuse the saved visual styling.
