# Validate synchronized data in Workday

> After running the Workday Accounting Center connector, validate that the data was processed successfully in both Integration Hub and Workday.

After running the Workday Accounting Center connector, validate that the data was processed successfully in both Integration Hub and Workday.

Validate the Integration Hub job:

1. In Zuora, go to **Marketplace** > **Integration Hub**.
2. Select **Workday Accounting Center**.
3. Open the **Execution** tab.
4. Verify that the job status is **Success**.
5. Review the execution logs for extract details, transformation details, upload status, and processing errors, if any.

Validate data in Workday Prism:

1. Sign in to Workday.
2. Open the Prism table associated with the connector capability:

   * Billing
   * Revenue
   * FX Gain/Loss
3. Verify that:

   * new records were loaded successfully
   * the correct accounting period or batch was processed
   * expected field values were populated correctly

Validate Accounting Center processing:

1. Open the corresponding Accounting Center batch in Workday.
2. Verify that the batch was created successfully and completed processing without errors.
3. Confirm that journal entries were generated as expected.

Compare Workday Financials journal entries against the corresponding Zuora source data:

* Zuora Billing journal runs
* Zuora Revenue posting batches
* FX Gain/Loss outputs, if applicable

Verify that the amounts match, accounting segments match, and the transaction counts are correct.

If the Integration Hub job fails, then review Integration Hub execution logs. Also, review Prism bucket error details in Workday. Identify any of the following issues:

1. schema mismatches
2. invalid or missing field values
3. Prism constraint violations

   Correct the issue and rerun the connector job.
