# Manage User Permissions

Learn how to manage user permissions by selecting access check boxes and saving changes.

Click the **Action** icon.

Select the **Access** check boxes for the user added to the Authorized Instance Users list.

Click **Save Permissions**.

The added user will have permission to view or edit the corresponding task.
