# Configure Callout Notifications for External Systems

You can also trigger callout notifications to integrate Integration Hub job status with your external observability or ticketing systems.

To configure a callout:

In **Events and Notifications**, click **Add Notification**.

Choose **Standard Events** and select the **Integration Hub**job event.

For **Delivery Type**, select **Callout**.

Enter the Endpoint URL of your external system (for example, a webhook in a monitoring tool or incident management system).

Select the **HTTP** method (typically POST).

Define appropriate headers and authentication (for example, API key or bearer token) according to the external system’s requirements.

In the Payload or Message body, map the Integration Hub job event fields to the request body expected by your external system. Include, at minimum:

* Connector name,
* Job type,
* Status,
* Execution identifier,
* Error summary (for failures),
* Job timing information.

Set the notification to **Active**, then **Save**.
