# Create an Email Notification for Completed jobs

Create an email notification for Integration Hub job completions by configuring event categories, delivery types, and customizing email content.

To send an email whenever an Integration Hub job completes:

In **Events and Notifications**, go to the **Notifications** tab.

Click **Add Notification**.

In the **Event Category**, select **Standard Events**.

In Event Name, select the Integration Hub job event.

For Delivery Type, select **Email**.

In To Email, specify one or more recipients, such as:

* An operations distribution list,
* A shared mailbox monitored by your support or DevOps team.

(Optional) Configure CC or BCC according to your internal escalation policy.

In the **Filter or Condition** section, select the applicable option.

Customize the Subject and Body of the email to include key event fields, such as:

* Connector name
* Job execution identifier
* Job start and end time
* Status and failure summary

Set the **Notification Status** to **Active**.

Click **Save**.
