# Add user roles for Billing tenants in OneID

> Add user roles in the OneID Admin Console for Billing and Zephr tenants to control the access and permissions that are available to users for a selected product and tenant.

Add user roles in the OneID Admin Console for Billing and Zephr tenants to control the access and permissions that are available to users for a selected product and tenant.

In the OneID console, navigate to **Admin Console** > **User Roles and Permissions**.

Click **Add New Role**.

The **New Role** dialog appears.

In the **Name** field, enter a name for the new role.

From the **Product Type** list, select the product as **Billing**.

From the **Tenant** list, select the tenant for which you want to create user roles.

Click **Save**.
