# Push a user or group manually

> Learn how to run an on-demand provisioning action to test a single user or group without waiting for the next automatic synchronization cycle.

Learn how to run an on-demand provisioning action to test a single user or group without waiting for the next automatic synchronization cycle.

Use the **Provision on demand** option to test a single object or to force a one-time synchronization outside the automatic provisioning cycle.

Open the enterprise application.

Select **Provision on demand**.

Select **User** or **Group**.

Search for the object that you want to test.

Run the on-demand provisioning action and review the step-by-step result.

If a group is skipped, the result indicates whether the group is out of scope, not assigned, or missing a required entitlement.
