# Accept the user access request

Learn how to accept a user access request in the desired entity.

You must accept the user access request in the entity that the user wants to access.

Log in as the administrator of the entity.

Navigate to the entity from the [entity switcher](/docs/platform/user-management/multi-entity/multi-entity-hierarchy-management/introduction-to-entity-and-entity-hierarchy).

Click your username at the top right and navigate to**Administrator > Manage Users**.

On the **All Users** page, click the user first name or last name.

On the user page, click **Grant Access**.

Click **Yes** on the pop-up window.
