Zuora AI responds to natural-language requests about data in your Zuora environment. The quality of the response depends on how clearly you state the outcome, the records involved, and the scope.

## What you can ask Zuora AI to do

You can ask Zuora AI to perform the following types of work against data in your Zuora environment:

* Explain a record, calculation, or workflow behavior.
* Investigate a status, exception, or failure.
* Compare two records, periods, or conditions.
* Summarize activity across accounts, subscriptions, or accounting periods.
* Report on a business area and prepare structured output.
* Propose an action for you to review and approve.

## How Zuora AI delivers these capabilities

Zuora AI combines three types of capabilities:

* **Agents** complete tasks within a specific business area, such as billing, payments, or revenue.
* **Tools** provide focused ways to retrieve data, build queries, create exports, and perform supported operations.
* **Skills** package the knowledge and steps required for a recurring type of work.

Available capabilities change as Zuora adds support for more products and workflows.

Your existing permissions and tenant settings continue to apply when you use Zuora AI. Review any proposed change before you approve it.
