## Example prompts

These patterns are starting points, not a complete prompt library. For context-aware suggestions, use the suggestions available in the Zuora AI experience.

The following table lists an example prompt for each request type:

| Account investigation     | `Summarize the current status of account [account]. Include active subscriptions, open invoices, payment status, and items that need review.`                            |
| Payment analysis          | `Compare failed payment activity for [period 1] and [period 2]. Group the results by payment method and reason, and summarize the main differences.`                     |
| Revenue review            | `Explain the largest changes in recognized revenue between [period 1] and [period 2]. Identify the contracts, lines, or performance obligations that drive the changes.` |
