# Chat History

> Use Chat History to find and resume a previous conversation with Zuora AI.

Use Chat History to find and resume a previous conversation with Zuora AI.

Chat History lists your conversations with Zuora AI in order of most recent message, so you can reopen a conversation and continue with its previous context. Your conversation list is personal to you.

> Chat History is not Watch Tower. Watch Tower gives Organization Admins an organization-wide view of conversations.

Select the **Zuora AI** icon.

The Zuora AI side panel opens.

Open your conversation history in one of the following ways:

* To browse your recent conversations in the side panel, select the **History** tab.
* To review a conversation with more space, or to locate an older conversation, select **Full Screen Mode** and use the sidebar.

Your conversations appear, with the most recently updated conversation first.

Select a conversation.

The conversation reopens so that you can review the previous exchange and continue working with its context.
