Each AI interaction includes a feedback option. You can rate a response and optionally provide comments. Use feedback to indicate whether a response was useful, inaccurate, incomplete, or not relevant.

We encourage you to use it. Your ratings and comments directly help us improve Zuora AI. Whether a response was exactly what you needed or missed the mark, your input shapes what comes next. Feedback is reviewed regularly and informs the weekly improvements shipped to Zuora AI.
