Learn how to add and configure the Zuora Model Context Protocol (MCP) server as a tool in the Glean Admin Console so that agents and conversational flows can call Zuora tools.

* Ensure that you have administrator access to Glean.
* You must be able to open the Glean Admin Console and navigate to **Platform** > **Tools**.
* You must also identify the correct MCP server endpoint for your Zuora environment. For more information, see [Identify your MCP server endpoint](https://docs.zuora.com/en/zuora-ai/zuora-mcp-server/zuora-mcp-server/configure-zuora-remote-mcp-server/identify-your-mcp-server-endpoint).

.

Complete the following steps to add the Zuora MCP server as a tool in Glean, authenticate it using OAuth 2.0, and enable the tools that it exposes for use by agents and conversational flows.

Open the Tools configuration in Glean.

1. Open the Glean Admin Console.
2. Navigate to **Platform** > **Tools**.

Add the MCP server as a tool.

1. On the Tools page, select **Add**.
2. On the Add tools page, select **Import tools from MCP server**.
3. Specify values for the following server configuration fields.

Connect to the server.

Enable the tools that the MCP server exposes.

1. Select **Edit settings**.
2. Review the list of tools that the MCP server exposes.
3. For each tool that you want to make available, you can review and complete the required actions:

   * (Optional) Activate the tool for Glean so that Glean can call the tool in conversational flows.
   * (Optional) Apply role-based access control so that only specific creators or departments can add or configure sensitive tools in agents.
4. Select **Save** to save your changes.

Select **Save**.
