# Developer tools: end of life

Developer tools will be deprecated on December 31, 2026. All customers must transition to the Data Loader functionality and associated business processes.

This change enables Zuora to concentrate on our product investments on a unified, modern platform designed to better support the increasing complexity, scale, and operational demands of subscription businesses like yours. By streamlining our technology stack, we can deliver more robust capabilities, improved performance, and faster innovation across the solutions you rely on.

Zuora has established the following end of support timeline for the Developer Tools feature:

| -------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Entering December 31, 2026 | Zuora will no longer actively develop or enhance Developer Tools features. Only critical, revenue-impacting defects with no workarounds or alternatives may be fixed at Zuora's discretion. Customers should be transitioned to Data Loader prior to this date to avoid any potential impact.. |
