Automate follow-ups and prioritize accounts to streamline your collections process

Zuora Collections comprises:

  • Account settings: Allow you to configure and manage global collections settings.
  • Automations: Allow you to set collection strategy and workflow preferences.
  • Dashboard reports: Allow you to explore collections-related reports that unlock valuable insights and savings.

When working with Zuora Collections, you can:

  • Download AR aging or customer reports
  • Use filters to customize report views
  • Manage collection activities for selected customers
  • Manage collection activities for selected invoices
  • Manage email and collection activities from the inbox
  • Reset password when your account is temporarily blocked
