Create a new project

Learn how to create a new project in Experience Builder, choose the type of content to add, and optionally use AI-assisted prompts to describe the experience you want to build.

Navigate to Extension Studio > Experience Builder.

Click New Project.

Select one of the following options:

  • New page - Creates a new page in the project.
  • New Component - Creates a reusable component that can be used across page.
  • Templates - Creates content from a predefined template or layout.
  • Pre-Built Components - Provides reusable UI building blocks that can be added to the project

(Optional) Enter a description of the experience that you want to build, or select one of the suggested prompts in the AI-assisted creation area that helps you generate experiences from natural-language prompts. Examples include:

  • Creating a customer-facing billing history component.
  • Creating a product selection component.
  • Designing an embedded support experience.
