1

Download and install Claude Desktop from https://claude.ai/download.

2

From the system menu bar, select Claude and then click Settings.

3

In the settings window, select the Developer tab and click Edit Config to open the configuration file.

4

To add the Zuora MCP server configuration, update the claude_desktop_config.json configuration file with the following JSON:

{
"mcpServers": {
"zuora-developer-mcp": {
"command": "npx",
"args": ["-y", "zuora-mcp"],
"env": {
"ZUORA_BASE_URL": "{baseUrl}",
"ZUORA_CLIENT_ID": "{clientId}",
"ZUORA_CLIENT_SECRET": "{clientSecret}"
}
}
}
}

Replace the placeholder values with your Zuora credentials and environment URL.

5

Close and reopen Claude Desktop to apply the configuration changes.

6

Open the Developer settings and confirm that the Zuora MCP server is listed without errors.

Claude Desktop is configured to use the Zuora MCP server, and you can run prompts that query or interact with your Zuora tenant.
