Configure the Minimum Commitment True Up Charge

Learn how to configure the Minimum Commitment True Up Charge by identifying the True Up Charge in the rate plan and completing the charge amount details.

Identify which charge in the rate plan will be the True Up Charge by selecting TRUE in the True Up Charge drop-down menu.

  • All charges default to FALSE.
  • There can only be 1 True Up Charge against an invoice.

Complete the Charge Amount details.

  1. List Price: Select the list price

  2. UOM (Units of Measure): Select one of the following:

    • Dollar
    • Each
    • License
    • Minute
