Salesforce CPQ connector configuration guide

Guide to configuring the Salesforce CPQ connector in Zuora Marketplace, covering authentication, field configuration, and data synchronization.

Configure the Salesforce CPQ connector to synchronize data between Salesforce CPQ and Zuora through Integration Hub.

Before you begin, ensure that you have:

  • Salesforce System Administrator permissions.
  • Zuora Administrator permissions.
  • Salesforce CPQ installed and configured.
  • Integration Hub enabled in your Zuora tenant.
  • A Salesforce integration user with at least read access to all Salesforce objects and fields that you want to synchronize through the connector. Verify that field-level security allows the integration user to read the required field values.
  • Zuora OAuth Client ID and Client Secret.

Configure the connector by completing the following setup tasks in order:

  1. Set up in Zuora
  2. Set up in Salesforce
  3. Configure the connector in Integration Hub
