Zuora Experiences Canvas component package installation in Salesforce

Install the Zuora Experiences Canvas Lightning component package in Salesforce and connect it to a Zuora Experiences tenant, including creating an External Client App and configuring access.

Use this information to install the Zuora Experiences Canvas component package and connect it to a Zuora Experiences tenant. The package installs the Lightning component. You must create a Salesforce External Client App separately because the consumer secret used for signed-request verification is unique to each Salesforce org and is required for signed-request verification.

Installation and configuration include the following activities:

  • Installing the Zuora Experiences Canvas component package
  • Creating the External Client App in Salesforce
  • Registering the Salesforce org in Zuora Domain Manager
  • Configuring access policy for the External Client App
  • Restricting access to selected users
  • Adding the Zuora Experience component to a Lightning page
