Create the External Client App in Salesforce

Create a Zuora Experiences external client app in Salesforce and configure OAuth and Canvas settings for the integration.

In Salesforce Setup, enter External Client Apps in Quick Find.

Under Apps > External Client Apps, click External Client App Manager.

Click New External Client App.

Configure the app by using the following values:

API NameZuora_Experiences. Use this exact value so that the component default settings match the app configuration.
Distribution StateLocal
Enable OAuthSet the callback URL to https://login.salesforce.com and add at least one scope, such as Access the identity URL service (id). OAuth flows are not used for this integration. The consumer secret is used only to verify signed Canvas requests.
Canvas App SettingsEnable Canvas. Set Canvas App URL to https://<your-experience-domain>/auth/canvas/interstitial. Set Access Method to Signed Request (POST). Set Locations to Lightning Component.

Click Create.
