Configure Approval controls

Open Zuora AI in Full Screen Mode.

In the left navigation, select Controls.

Click Create.

Select Approval as the Type.

In Name, enter a name for the control.

From Status, select a status.

A control with the status Draft is saved but not enforced.

Select an Effective Start Date and an Effective End Date.

In Description, enter a summary of what the control governs.

In Approvers, select the users who approve requests from this control.

In Trigger Prompt, enter the condition that requires approval.

For example: Require approval when creating bill runs.

In Payload Template, enter the message that approvers receive.

Click Create.
