Configure access policy for the External Client App

Configure the access policy for the External Client App to control which users can use the embedded experience.

Open the app in External Client App Manager and go to the Policies tab.

Verify that the App Status is Enabled.

By default, Permitted Users is set to All users can self-authorize. In this configuration, any user who can access the Lightning page can use the embedded experience, so you do not need to maintain a separate user list.
