Archive child campaigns

Outlines steps to archive a child campaign in Zuora, including launching Promotion Codes, navigating to the Campaigns tab, managing the target campaign, selecting Archive, and confirming the action.

Launch Promotion Codes from your Zuora tenant.

In the Campaigns tab, locate the campaign that includes the target child campaign, and click check_icon to enter the homepage of the campaign.

Scroll to the bottom of the campaign homepage, locate the child campaign that you want to archive, and click Manage icon on the left.

Select Archive from the menu.

In the confirmation dialog, click OK. Additionally, set the Effective To date of the new promo code to deactivate the promo code from its parent campaign effectively.
