Experience Builder projects
Projects are the primary containers in Experience Builder that organize pages, components, styles, assets, branches, experiments, and global variants into a shareable, permission-controlled workspace.
In Experience Builder, work is organized into projects. A project is the primary container for experience assets, configuration, and related resources. Projects can be shared with collaborators and serve as the basis for permissions and access control.
The following diagram shows the main top-level objects that make up an Experience Builder project:

Project contents
An Experience Builder project can contain the following top-level objects:
- Pages, which represent routed experiences and screens.
- Components, which are reusable UI building blocks.
- Reusable styles, including shared tokens and style presets.
- Assets such as images and icons.
- Branches, which support independent streams of work.
- Experiments, such as A/B testing and scheduled variations.
- Global variants, which affect how the experience appears in different conditions such as locale or mode.
Together, these objects make up the resources and configuration managed within a project.
