View communication profiles

Learn how to view the details on communication profiles.

Navigate to Events notifications entry in the left navigation menu.

Click Manage Communication Profiles. All communication profiles are displayed in the pop-up dialog with details of each profile such as profile number, locale, and status.

  • A ringing bell icon Active communication profile icon indicates the communication profile is active. Zuora sends notifications associated with this communication profile.
  • A muted bell icon Inactive communication profile icon indicates the communication profile is inactive. Zuora does not send notifications associated with this communication profile.
