Troubleshooting common setup issues with Salesforce

Use this table to diagnose and resolve common Zuora Experiences setup issues with Salesforce.

Use the following table to troubleshoot common setup issues.

Symptom	Resolution
403 Salesforce org is not registered	Register the Organization ID and consumer secret in Zuora Domain Manager.
403 Signed request verification failed	Verify that the consumer secret in Zuora Domain Manager matches the consumer secret from the Salesforce External Client App.
400 tenantSlug parameter is required	Set the Tenant Slug property on the Zuora Experiences component.
Canvas app fails to load or App not found	Verify that the External Client App API Name property matches the API name of the Salesforce External Client App.
Must be included within an iframe or blank iframe	Use the Lightning component rather than opening the Canvas App URL directly, and verify that the Canvas App URL is reachable.
