Behavioral control

View as Markdown

Behavioral Controls add tenant-level guardrails that restrict how Zuora AI performs operations or responds to requests. Use a Behavioral Control to limit an action, prevent a category of action, or require specific information before an operation proceeds. Behavioral Controls add restrictions; they do not grant users permissions that they do not already have.

Active Behavioral Controls apply automatically to all users in the tenant when they interact with Zuora AI Chat. If a request violates an active Behavioral Control, Zuora AI stops the action and explains which Control prevented it.
