Create a schedule that defines which audit events Zuora pushes to a connector, how often events are sent in batches, and which tenants are included.

A schedule defines what data Zuora pushes, where Zuora pushes it, and how often. Zuora delivers events at the interval that you select rather than as each event occurs, so events arrive in batches. Each schedule sends to one connector. To send the same events to more than one destination, create a schedule for each connector.

A schedule streams only the events that are generated within the selected interval window. Zuora does not backfill historical data, so events created before you activated the schedule are never pushed.

1

On the connector page, click Create Push Schedule.

The Create Push Schedule dialog opens.

2

In Schedule Name, enter a name for the schedule.

The name identifies the schedule in the schedule list. Use a name that indicates the destination and the events that the schedule sends.

3

From Connector, select the connector that receives the events.

The list shows the connectors that you have already added.

4

From Push Interval, select how often Zuora sends events.

Intervals range from 5 minutes to 24 hours. A shorter interval delivers events sooner and sends smaller batches more frequently.

5

From Event Scope, select the tenants that the schedule covers.

Select All organization events to include every tenant in your organization, or narrow the schedule to specific tenants so that Zuora sends only the data that you need.

6

From Audit Streams, select the types of audit events that the schedule sends.

The following streams are available:

Login activity

Authentication and access events.

Settings changes

Configuration modifications.

Object change events

Record-level changes across OneID and Billing.

You can select one stream or any combination of streams. Zuora sends only the streams that you select.

7

Click Save.

The schedule appears in the schedule list and begins sending events at the next interval.

You can pause, resume, and monitor the schedule from the schedule list.
