Configure a scheduled synchronization job

Configure a scheduled synchronization job in Integration Hub to automatically run and process eligible records at a specified time and frequency.

In addition to synchronizing individual records on demand, Integration Hub supports scheduled synchronization for connector capabilities. Scheduled synchronization enables the connector to automatically process eligible records at recurring intervals without requiring manual intervention.

You can configure the schedule independently for each connector capability.

In Zuora, navigate to Marketplace > Integration Hub.

Open the connector that you want to configure.

Open the required connector capability and select the Field Settings tab.

In the Scheduler section:

Select the time zone for the scheduled job.
Configure the execution schedule by the available scheduling options. For example, you can schedule the job to run daily at 10:00 AM.

Save your changes.

After the schedule is enabled, Integration Hub automatically runs the synchronization according to the configured schedule and processes all eligible records for that capability.
